EXPERIMENT 3: 10,000 Steps

Start Date:  December 1, 2012
End Date:  December 28, 2012
Experiment Duration:  4 Weeks

Daily Activity:  10,000 Steps each day.

Tools Needed for Experiment:  Pedometer (ready)

Notes: I'm hoping that in the course of 4 weeks that I can go from struggling to get the steps, perhaps even failing, to them being very manageable. Also hoping to lose a couple of pounds. Not a lot but a couple would be a nice start.
